How your request works

  1. Choose a room: Click “Book” for the room you like.
  2. Send your request: Enter your name, address, e-mail and phone number and send. There is no online payment.
  3. Get your confirmation: We check your request personally and confirm it by e-mail, usually within 3 hours; requests sent at night are answered the next morning. Your room is booked once you receive this e-mail.

Travelling with a child? Children up to 5 years sleep free of charge in their parents’ bed; please do not count them. If your child (up to 5 years) needs a bed of its own, it costs only 25 € per night: please count it as a guest so that we can plan the bed, and mention it under “Notes”. The price shown still counts the child as a full guest; in our confirmation we only charge the 25 €. Children aged 6 and over count as regular guests.
